Engineering the Internet of Tomorrow — Today.

NVMe VPS, bare metal, storage and edge delivery on our own DDoS-protected network. Deploy in about ninety seconds, pay hourly from a wallet or monthly by invoice, and automate all of it through one API — from India, Singapore and the US West Coast.

Why Joy

A cloud that started as a network.

Joy Services started as AS152565 and grew into a cloud because the networks that peered with us asked for servers on the same backbone. That history shows in what we optimise for: latency to Indian and South-East Asian users, addresses that survive reinstalls, and engineers — not scripts — on the other end of a ticket.

01

NVMe VPS in about 90 seconds

KVM servers on the Compute Fabric with host CPU passthrough, NVMe storage and a static IPv4 configured before the welcome email leaves. Plans from Nano to 2XLarge, or any shape from 1 to 32 vCPU with sliders.

02

Our own network: AS152565

Our own autonomous system with RPKI-signed address space, Tier-1 transit and direct peering at the exchanges our customers' users sit behind. When a route is slow we fix it — we do not file a ticket with a vendor.

03

DDoS scrubbing that is always on

NeuroMesh NetFlow scores encrypted flow telemetry in real time and diverts attacks by BGP before they reach your port. Included with every VPS, dedicated server and colocation port at no extra charge.

04

India, Singapore, US West

Five compute regions — Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Singapore and Los Angeles — on one backbone, so Indian workloads stay in India for latency and data residency and still reach the world.

05

Hourly billing, UPI and cards

Prices set in USD and shown in your currency. Pay by UPI, cards, net banking, PayPal or crypto, or let hourly servers meter from a prepaid wallet. GST invoices for India; 5 / 8 / 15% off quarterly, six-month and annual terms.

06

A REST API for everything

Quotes, deployments, power actions, reinstalls, snapshots, stats, billing and tickets through versioned endpoints with scoped Bearer tokens — what you can click, you can call.

FAQ

Questions we answer every day.

Short versions here; the full FAQ has more than sixty answers grouped by topic — billing, servers, network, DDoS, backups, bare metal, support, API and legal.

All questions
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Indian cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay; international cards and PayPal; Bitcoin and Lightning through BTCPay. Wallet top-ups start at $2 (about ₹150). Joy never sees or stores card numbers — PCI scope sits with the payment providers. More on this topic →
What hardware runs my VPS?
KVM virtual machines on Proxmox-based Compute Fabric nodes with host CPU passthrough, NVMe storage and a 1 Gbps port, in every Joy region. Plans include 1–20 TB of monthly transfer; a 10 Gbps port is available as an add-on. More on this topic →
Is DDoS protection included with my server?
Yes — always-on volumetric and L3–L7 filtering on every VPS, dedicated server and colocation port on AS152565, at no extra cost and with no traffic cap for protection. Attacks are detected by NeuroMesh NetFlow telemetry and scrubbed before they reach your port. More on this topic →
Which operating systems can I install?
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025. Templates are verified per region, so the deploy page and GET /api/v1/locations only offer what can actually be installed where you are deploying. More on this topic →
