Private clusters, dedicated racks, a named engineer.
Private Compute Fabric clusters, dedicated racks, BYOIP, disaster-recovery replicas across regions, managed operations inside the OS and a named engineer who knows your setup, under one contract, one invoice with GST and PO-based billing.
The platform, plus the people.
Private Compute Fabric
Your own hypervisor cluster on dedicated nodes, managed by us, deployed from the same console and API as public regions.
Dedicated racks
Full racks in Tier III facilities in Mumbai and Noida with metered power, cross-connects into the fabric and remote hands.
BYOIP and transit
Announce your own prefixes with LOA and RPKI, buy transit and IX ports, keep your addresses when you move.
DR replicas across regions
Replicas of your workloads in a second region with tested failover, on our backbone.
Managed inside the OS
Patching, application operations and databases handled by our engineers when you want them to be.
A named engineer
Someone who knows your architecture, on call for you, with an escalation path to a manager.
Four shapes we have built before.
Regional web tier behind the CDN
Frontends in Noida or Mumbai behind anycast edges, a managed database, backups off-node, DDoS filtering on every port. Scales by adding frontends, not by moving.
Indian workloads stay in India
Compute and storage in Indian regions, account and billing data in India with encrypted backups in Singapore, GST invoices, Indian law.
Your ASN on our fabric
Transit, IX ports, BYOIP, blackhole communities and DDoS-protected transit, with a NOC that answers 24/7.
Devices and sensors, learning together
Inference on your own machines and devices across every site of a business, with the shared memory and training in your own private cluster if required.
Architecture review
Tell us what runs where today. We return a proposed shape, a price and a migration plan.
Contract
DPA, NDA and security questionnaires as needed. One contract, PO-based billing, GST or export invoicing.
Migration
Quoted per case and often free on annual plans; larger moves get a dedicated engineer and a runbook.
Operate
Named engineer, response targets from the SLA, quarterly reviews of capacity and cost.
Do you sign custom contracts, DPAs or NDAs?
Yes, for enterprise customers: data-processing agreements, security questionnaires, architecture walkthroughs and NDAs for investors and partners are arranged through Sales.
Can you migrate our infrastructure from another provider?
Yes. Open a ticket with the source details; migrations are quoted per case and are often free for annual plans. Larger moves receive an architecture review first.
Can we resell Joy services?
Yes. Resellers and MSPs get a white-label console and local-currency billing for their customers, through the same API we use ourselves. KYC verification is required.
What is the uptime commitment?
99.99 % monthly network availability per compute region, with service credits of 5, 10 or 25 % below 99.99, 99.9 and 99.0 %. See the SLA.
One contract. One invoice. One engineer who knows your name.
