Your server, your rack position
A single-tenant machine in a Joy rack. Nobody else runs on it; the CPU, memory, disks and port are yours.

Two ways in
Normal access over the public network, filtered by the always-on DDoS system. Out-of-band management (IPMI / iDRAC) over a VPN, which works even when the operating system is down or being reinstalled.

Your OS or ours
Install from your own ISO through the out-of-band console, or ask for one of the standard images. RAID is configured to your order.

When a part fails
Monitoring or your Urgent ticket starts diagnosis; the failed component is replaced within 4 hours, around the clock. Keep backups: data on a failed drive is not recoverable.

Joy addresses with reverse DNS, extra blocks, transit, IX ports and BYOIP available on the same port.

How long does delivery take?
Quotes return within one business day and are valid for 14 days. In-stock configurations are delivered within 48 hours of payment; custom builds (large memory, GPUs, storage nodes) in two to four weeks.
Can I run my own image?
Yes. Dedicated servers accept custom images and ISOs through the out-of-band console.
Is mining allowed on dedicated servers?
With prior written approval, yes, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. It is not allowed on shared cloud servers.
