Your hardware, in our racks.BETA
Colocation per U or per full rack in facilities we operate in — redundant power and cooling, metered power, a cross-connect into the Joy fabric with always-on DDoS filtering, remote hands around the clock, and the same console for the rack as for everything else. Bring one server or a whole row.
What happens between your shipment and your first packet.
- 01
You tell us the shape
Units, power draw, number of ports, the regions you need and whether you bring addresses. A quote comes back within one business day.
- 02
The space is reserved
Rack units, power circuits and switch ports are allocated in the facility before anything ships; you get the shipping address and a delivery window.
- 03
We rack and cable it
Remote hands mount the hardware, cable power and network, label everything and photograph the result for your records.
- 04
The port comes up on the Joy fabric
Your cross-connect lands on AS152565 behind the same DDoS filtering as every cloud server; addresses from Joy space or your own, with reverse DNS.
- 05
You run it from the console
Power state, bandwidth graphs, remote hands requests and the invoice sit next to your other services. Out-of-band access over VPN when you need to reinstall.
The rack, the power, the network behind it.
Storage you already own
Dense disk shelves and NAS heads next to compute you rent from us, on the same VLAN.
Hardware that must be yours
When the rules say the box has to belong to you, the rack can still be ours.
Routers and edge gear
Your own routers announcing your own prefixes, peering through our exchange ports.
Build and test racks
A rack for the gear that does not fit in a cloud, with a 10 G path to the servers that do.
Can I visit my hardware?
Yes, by appointment, escorted. Most customers never need to: remote hands handle reboots, media changes, cable swaps and part replacements around the clock.
Do I have to use Joy addresses?
No. Bring your own prefixes with a Letter of Authorisation and RPKI ROAs and we announce them for you, or take addresses from Joy space with reverse DNS.
What about power?
Power is metered per circuit and invoiced with the space. Dual feeds and N+1 cooling in every facility we rack in.
